Ribble Valley Hog Roast would now like to offer you the option of having pork reared in the hands of Philip and Louise Edge at their Fairfield Farm. The Edge family have farmed pork for at least three generations, using time honoured techniques which result in a particular taste and texture in their finished pork products, without the use of chemicals, injections and anti-biotics.
 They have recently been recognised by the awarding of North West Fine Food Producer of the Year.
